Slide out dinette that provides seating for 4 adults.  Heated mattress on both King and Queen beds for those cold nights.    Most large SUV's and small trucks will have no problem towing this, provided you have a 7-pin wiring harness, a 2" ball and a brake controller.  Ball height, after connection should be about 22"-24" so the trailer rides flat.
